    Seafax, try opening it in LibreOffice https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/

    The first hit for "CNCusermanual.doc" on google would not open in Word, but does in LibreOffice.
    I re-saved it as a working word file which you can download from here https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...usermanual.doc
    (I have no idea if it is the same one as yours though)
