Hi,
Sorry i don't have time to do it for you, but its not too hard to learn how to do it and a useful skill to have.
It can be done with free software and a bit of time.
If you're interested, the software i would use is inkscape which is free https://inkscape.org/en/
Try searching for "tracing a bitmap in inkscape"
Cheers.

Hi Clive, my apologies. As there's room for paid work in this forum I'm just enquiring the original poster's expectations, as it looked as he was looking to outsource this task. Given my personal situation I'm looking for a profitable use of my time, specially something intricate as this. If I haven't put anything back into the forum is cause I'm here to learn!
Kind regards :)
