    That looks like a RJ11 to DB9 you would also need something like https://www.amazon.co.uk/USB-RS232-C.../dp/B00077DJIQ

    or similar make sure you get a driver disc with it

    edit you might have to reverse the tx and rx wires as I said in the last post
