If you just want aluminium profile cutting and drilling you should just ask the supplier they will be able to do this.

You will need to produce drawings for them if I were you I'd start work on my drawings before anything else you should not need the parts to draw them.

I was trying to make my cnc with minimal drawings but in the end I'm going to have to draw the entire machine for it to actually work, I could make it without drawing in cad but it would cost 20% more because of fucks ups.

KJN in UK will happily sell you a prebuilt enclosure but it will not be cheap, they can even double glaze it for you for sound proofiing.
