I am looking for some help in purchasing a cnc machine from china to refurb diamond cut/polished alloy wheels.

I am looking to get one that i can put in a van to go mobile so the smaller and lighter the better

Would the suspension movement of the van give me any problems with cutting?
What advice on buying from china
