Hi. I'm new on here. I would like some advise on cutting 18mm birch ply. I have a maxicam 1500x3000 CBC router. Max spindle speed is 18000rpm using a 2 flute compression cutter. Is it possible to do the ply in 1 pass. We currently do it in 2 passes with spindle at max and a feed rate of 3500mm/min. I think the cutter can do it and I also think our speeds are wrong. Please can you guys help me out. Thanks
