Laser for cheap 1610 router. TTL and PWM concepts

Hi friends, I just ordered a cheap and chinesse 1610 router for hobby and to learn.

Well, I have a doubt. I would like to add a LASER, I have in mind a 2.5w-3w, and there are 2 versions, with TTL and not TTL (both, I understand, are PWM).

My question is... with this board, how can I connect a TTL laser?

I see a LASER connector (up 5A), where I think it´s a PWM connector for laser (power adjustable by software), but is it possible to use TTL with this board?

is there a lot difference between ttl and not ttl laser? must I order a ttl laser, or a cheap "direct" laser is enough....
