Worked on these back in 1970s whilst serving my apprenticeship .Also went to the factory in East Grinstead on a training course to programme. The factory where I worked had over 40+ lathes of various types either bar feed for first operation work or chuck loaded via a magazine for first and second operation work all, using this sequence control system. As a setter I would have six machines and an operator to assist, who would attend to the loading of bar, billets or part machined component plus removing swarf. Happy Days. They were still in use up to the late 1990s.
