    Well when i say high end i mean it looks well built and using hiwin rails/ballscrews and all made of steel. here is the video :)

    Other than the steel, if you are thinking lower than those components for your own machine I would advise you to think again.

    i am also using hiwin rails and ball screws just not all steel as will be using aluminium extrusion for gantry

    Electricity cost would only be a couple pound for running that long.

    Provided the design is already in a suitable format, I'd hope to go from design to machine running in under an hour, so you're looking at an hour of labour, plus 10 hours machine time.

    The key thing is how much you charge your machine time at, but bare in mind, that guy is based in Ukraine, so labour/overhead costs will be far lower than the UK.

    Time cutting is mostly down to how fine a detail you want to finish at.
