    I was gifted a total right knee replacement in July this year, like the last one, the last few months have been all about recovery, and im pleased to say its been fantastic, within 2 months I was back at work at a new job, and loving life again.

    As always, I have continued ideas and plans for the forum and the community, however my plan at the moment is to get my immediate family through Christmas and enjoy the new lease of life :).
