Hi my name is Tom been looking at CNC plasma for a while but I think I may nearly be ready to make a start soon been looking on eBay and various other places at parts thinking NEMA 23 motors seem a good option between cost and performance mechanically I have no probs making the frame table ect as I have a small machining and fabrication company. just the electronics are a bit of a problem possibly although I have just made a DIY sparkeroder another issue I can see is that I run Linux although I do have excellent capability on it I would love to hear anyone's views on the subject
