New to this forum so please bear with!
We have a gerber dim200 which suddenly became u/s.
When switched on, everything seems to power up ok, but on the control box (ARC?) the four directional controller buttons will not budge the head in either axis. Normally a message something like "slew to point of origin" comes up as well at this stage, which no longer happens. Z axis seems to be ok, well it unlocks at least.
Help please!
