Thread: Some General CNC Advice

Hello Everyone,
I'm an electrician currently working on the interior of a narrow boat and now need bespoke woodwork.
I know Fusion360 and know electronics. What are my options for a basic system - almost disposable, which has reproducible accuracy and able to take 1220x606 18/24mm ply (ideally 2440x1220)?
I have been looking around to what's available - whether it is a knock up system or basic DIY kit (MaslowCNC) and comparing the prices to the equivalent of small table saws, Planers and Routers but there is a lot of information out there to wade through.
any advice would be great
Thanks
Matt
