    Unless you find a supported Plug In for Mach3 or change your controller you're usually stuck with the Hacked, Packed and Cracked version shipped with the product.

    I went half speed it went far worse. I upped the feed rate to 279 from 190 and its bang on. Its slower feeds it struggles with.

    I need more confidence in the tooling

    Do you have access to the Micro-Stepping settings for the drivers?

    Dig deep, look at the controllers and see if they have configuration dip switches.

    Oh in the actual box? Yes they all have dip switches on there

    You probably do, you just need to identify the drives, model numbers?
    Maybe even a chart of the settings screen printed on the drive?

    Have you calibrated your motors when got got the machine I have the same machine and had the same problem...1st u have to figure the settings for the steps on your motor then you need to calibrate the motors. Let me know if you need ant help as far as settings
