    Hi all,

    I'm new to all this. I've got my Stepcraft S600 up together and I'm about to try cutting 5mm thick carbon fibre sheet in a water bath.

    I would really, really appreciate some advice on suitable 3mm diameter end mills to do this. I've heard that those designed for cutting PCB's work well?

    I use vacuum extraction and single flute carbide end mills for 3K CF sheet.
    You think that's too expensive? You're not a Model Engineer are you? :D
