After hijacking Richards thread... Sorry buddy it wasn't my intention.
I had a lot of input from chas, sapper and someone else who's name has escaped me.
I done a DIY cable shielding job on my spindle supply line, wrapped in tinfoil then sealed with copper wire strands and taped. The shielding touches the connector plugs both ends and I ran it externally to the gantry runners to further it from other signal cables. I also earthed all main points.
Just running a program now. I tried the one it really struggled with a simple lego block program but without cutting. What I was testing for is its ability to return to where it was originally zeroed. And at a feed rate of 200mm/min it seemed to manage it with pinpoint accuracy.
Prior to doing this it always landed +1.95mm off on x axis. And z was always +2.25mm+ when mack geometry registered +0.0025mm on all 3.
So huge thanks guys. You lot rock... So far lol
This is what it's running now

I've turned the feed rate right down and it still seems to be doing as it should.
Happy days :)
