Hi Clive, regarding the machine, I have basically stripped it down, I am rebuilding the whole thing, replacing wooden frame with 10mm aluminium plate, everything is being made out of this, the spindle mount, side supports etc, the only thing I am using is the spindle (water cooled) and the inverter, so basically starting again, haven't decided whether to mount all the drivers etc in a pc case or get/make a purpose built control box
