Thread: Some questions on 2M2280N
-
	23-05-2010 #1HI to all,

My name is Massimo, and I'm writing from Italy,

I'm a more than happy owner of 3 2m2280n drivers, actually they run my CNC faster ad better than ever,

but I have few questions to ask,

1°) Is it correct that they supply 80V to the motors (and not more than)?

2°) if I set the microsteps (for example 1/8) , is it true that the torque will be quite lesser than if I set it to half step?

Having all the ballscrews 10mm x turn, nema34 12nm motors, what is the maximum working speed to mantain the BEST motor torque ?

Hoping my questions are clear enough, a big CIAO to Gary and to all of you.
