Huanyang HY01D523B inverter settings.

Hi All
I have just installed the HY01D523B inverter and it drives the 1.5Kw motor ok but I wish to control the spindle on/off from a breakout board having a motor control relay. The diagram in the inverter manual shows the relay switching between FOR and DCM(COM). My relay is switching ok and the wiring is also ok so I think that the inverter settings are not correct. Does any one know what parameters need to be set to activate this function?

You have to go into the inverter settings and set pd001 to 1. This means start stop is controlled externally. See the manual for which buttons to press to get into the menu.
