Looks like a nice machine, I take it you've got the Manual for the rdworks v8 software ?

What part of using the machine are you having difficulty with, are you having problems feeding files into the machine ready to engrave or something else ?

I'm sure between myself and the real forum guru's we can get you up and running before you know it!
