Redsail M500 mini laser engraver needs a new laser tube ???

Hi Dave not sure on a "go to" seller for these, most I have seen are imported from China and with a few breakages in transit, this was a few years ago now and things have changed since then with regards to price and availability.

Is yours the Redsail M3050 Mini Laser Engraver or the M500?

You could go direct to Redsail and get a new tube, i'm not sure if Tom is still manning things but his details are below for you:

Would be interested in seeing what they say if you don't mind reporting back, he can probably advise better on the differences in their supplied tubes vs the Ten-High tubes, that would be useful for others to know.
