help PLEASE

Hi All

im building a small plasma table 650mm and 750mm ball screws x and y and a kutcarve floating breakaway Z

i have nema 23 motors and a shuttle pc running windows Vista NOT upgradeable to 7 or 10 there is a parallel header on mobo,but only usb ports there is a old copy of mach3 on it from years ago that i bought for another plasma,

question is do i stick with mach3, and if so what breakout board drivers etc, or so i go with obenbuilds black box and openbuilds software?? i also have a old gaming pc thats obsolete but running win 10
