Should I strip the "junk" carriages, try lubricate and reassemble?
I have nothing to lose I guess.
Out of 6 clone rails, 12 carriages I've had 2 junk carriages so far but I paid £63 delivered for 2 * 1.5m 15mm rail with carriages which makes the carriages more than "free".
They screwed up the listing should have been £150 but still honored it I wonder if they picked the worst one to send me lol.
As it happened I had 2 spare carriages and have ordered full set of original Hiwin's to replace them with when they finally come.http://www.mycncuk.com/threads/10880...60cm-work-area My first CNC build WIP 120cm*80cm
If you didn't buy it from China the company you bought it from did ;)
