I think I saw this on HW website yesterday(?).
Be aware (as noted previously) that this relies on conduction to the workpiece. Also, the overtravel seems rather limited.
Like you, I couldn't see a manual out there beyond an old brochure - page 31 https://www.yumpu.com/en/document/re...ca-corporation

Thanks for the brochure link. I now have the probe wired in as a conductance probe for edge finding which suits my purpose.
