Hello Doddy,
Once I create the video, I will let you know.
The reason I haven't created one yet, even though the software has the functionality, is because my diy CNC bed is not flat and this is causing the pcb milling not possible: either it is completely cutting the pcb; not just the copper, or not cutting at all because of uneven z.
I see this problem with several DIY CNC machines. So I am adding a function in sandeepsCNC software to map Z before any cutting or carving.

I can already import an image into LinuxCNC and generate a toolpath from it.I would be quite happy to lose the bulk of my old desktop computer and replace it with a Raspberry Pi and might just do this when I am convinced that LinuxCNC will run on a Pi.I also like the idea of a control system not being dependent on one individual as illness or misfortune could prevent them continuing with the project.

Sandeeps - thanks, makes sense. I've plenty of painful experience in isolation routing PCBs so I can appreciate at least some of the issues that you might face.
