where are the hal file files refired to here:
HALFILE = SHEETCNC.hal
HALFILE = custom.hal
POSTGUI_HALFILE = custom_postgui.hal
I see you are posting on the linuxcnc forum as well.
What are the actual problems you have. Pictures of inside the control box might help as well..Clive
