After some additional consideration, I've now decided to get thes 5.5Nm motors and drivers from AliExpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3279...c008xEitI&mp=1


As for the toroidal, I'm looking for > 600VA, 60-65VAC but these seem quite more expensive than the 500VA units: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/toroi...rmers/7529444/

Looking at this one from AliExpress, but the shipping is quite hefty: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000...c008xEitI&mp=1

Any suggestions on UK/EU based suppliers?

Ian before buying the Lichuan drives/motors or WC spindle contact me if you are not in a hurry and can wait until around Dec time as I have a shipment of both coming and will let you have them at a good price. I'll set the VFD up for you before sending it.
