My way of doing it:
First write your text what you want to say.

to insert image press enter twice to start new line. look for icon Insert image above press "Chose file" from computer find the folder you have the image in select it, then click on Upload file (files) it will place it wherever your cursor is. or you can move it down

by placing your cursor lower like this.
