Hello
I’m new here, and hope someone can help, with recommending a CNC cutter…
We run an artist studio and get a lot of 2mm, 4mm, 9mm and 12mm sheets of MDF cut. We currently out-source this but would like to bring it in-house if possible to improve our work flow. We only want to be able to cut out shapes from MDF, we don’t need it for engraving or other materials etc.
We did look at the Workbee machines - however they look very DIY.
We ideally would need a workable area of 1900mm x 1400mm… otherwise we could reload the mdf sheet to cut the upper/lower half of the design to match up?
We found a size that works from Bionica systems ‘Supermill’ that was about 10K - but it doesn’t look like they are in business any more. - This also suited as it looked as if it would have been easy to set up on our mezzanine, we have a slight space issue so will have to watch the overall size!!!
We’re not highly technical so would want a machine thats reliable ands easy to set up and comes with a little guidance / demo to get us operational…
Any suggestions or guidance would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
