Help Please my web is broke

Well thanks everyone for your help and advice, but after a long and at times heated call to BT all is now working i can see my own site and now i can add some photos that are a bit over due

cncezee did Bt give any explanation as to your problems as I would like to get them to fix my problems.

I have never got my head around the days when I get instant access to my web site and not other days when I have never done nowt at my end.
