I'm beginner in cnc.I need to learn the heigh-z s400 router and the software Construcam 3D .
If someone can tell me what to do i will be very glad.

Hi and welcome, What exactly don't you understand because essentially there are three elements to using a router.? Two of them, Cad & Cam are often combined, which is what Construcam software is. The third element is the machine controller software.
While I don't use Construcam myself the principle of Cad and Cam is pretty much the same for all CAD/Cam software so I can explain the process of creating g-code if this is what you are struggling with.
Likewise the same applies to the control software side, all controllers work on the same basic principles so I can help with explaining this also. If you tell me the Control software there is a good chance I've used it as I've installed and used just about most controllers at this level.
So let me know what your struggling with most.-use common sense, if you lack it, there is no software to help that.

The software of the router is Construcam so i have to learn that , i need to learn about milling , engraving and other things.
I want to learn about calculate feed and speed .
Winpc nc-economy i use too.
The control :
Control up to 5 motors
110 - 240 volts / 48 - 64 Hz
2 power ports for up to 240V each
0-10VDC port
Emergency stop button
short-circuit-proof
