Hi,
Does anyone know of a UK supplier of decent 1 and/or 2mm diameter ballnose carbide cutters for aluminium with a flute length around 10mm?

1mm with a 10mm flute?, I'll like to watch a video of you cutting with those... without swearing!

Long neck - not full length flutes. Don't know if that helps?

Try looking for router bits rather than milling cutters perhaps?

I bought some of these (but flat end) for a job I never did, so I can't tell you how good they are in ali.

These are brilliant for Aluminium, I've used 1mm up to 16mm, use the cutting data for YG AluPower and good flood coolant and they really shift material and also give nice surface finish when used on finishing passes.
