I know you are in discussions with Dean and I think you are in very good hands if you buy a machine from him. I certainly had no regrets!
Just to let you know I have posted my JZR 9060, which was made by him. It is in perfect working order and is selling at around £2000 less than a new machine.
I am however down in Surrey which is obviously a good way from you.
