Is anyone familiar with the KEW1325 router that ebay seller ell-s is selling?

I spoke with Simon the seller on Saturday and from what he is saying it seems an 'OK' starter machine, I'm realistic and not expecting a top machine but at this price (£6,995.00 inc Vat) is it worth considering?
Looking for honest opinions and any good or bad feedback on them/him please. He's been selling them for 8 years apparently and bringing 3 or 4 a month into the country so must be aa few about!!
