apt are reasonable also rennie tools. i would personally stay away from china for cutters as you don't know what you are getting, and sizes can be inconsistent. The only coating not to get is tialn as this will clog up with aluminium. Uncoated polished is the "standard" but as jazz said dlc (diamond like carbon) is very strong and stays sharp for a long time.
