Hello Experts,
My hobby is playing with power tools and I have a small workshop mainly related to woodworking.
I thought of building my own CNC for wood carving. So far I have finished the gantry and now stuck on the electronic part where I am looking for help.
I want to run my CNC with NEMA 23, with driver TB6600 connecting to CNC Sheild V3 as I want to use the Stop, Pause and resume option from CNC Sheild.
I made the connection based on the schematic I got on this platform as attached.
I am trying with X- AXis now But when I try to run it through GRBL Universal Gcode Sender software, it moves with X+ but it does not move with X-
I revisited my connections. and changed the driver as well but getting the same results. Am I missing something here?
- the Arduino, CNC shield, and stepper motors work well with driver A4988 but there is a current limitation with A9844 therefore I want to run my CNC with TB6600.
Any idea, what causes this problem.
