    It would be useful to know exactly which Kimla machine you're getting to be able to look up the specs. in order for someone to be able to give you some speed figures. Holding down open cell foam might be a problem, it will depend on just how open it is (surface sealing would help a lot) and how powerful your vacuum system is.
