We really need more details.
However, the first thing that springs to mind, is if you're using the parallel port, is the new PC 32bit?
Mach parallel port driver will not work on anything newer than win 7, or anything that is 64bit.Avoiding the rubbish customer service from AluminiumWarehouse since July '13.
