I have a brand new (used 2.5 hours) 6040 CNC. In the middle of my first attempt at carving, there was a 'pop' and the machine promptly stopped running. I replaced the fuse at the socket, and, again it popped the fuse. Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be going on? It is brand new and I am not really wanting to open the power supply as it has a warranty tape on it. Does the power go through the EMI unit first and then out to the various components in the system? I am lost. I am having almost 'zero' luck with the seller. Both EBAY and PayPal have been advised of the problem, and hopefully, they can get something done. They give the seller 9 days to respond and this is day 2......going 'CRAZY' I want to create!
