Is this company still going?

I ordered a collet for my spindle from their website and payed with paypal on the 5th Dec.

I have had no confirmation from them despite sending an email and every time I phone I just get the call waiting message. Its not the money I'm worried about, it the fact that after 6 months of welding drilling and tapping my router is ready to run and I have no 8mm shank bits to try it with.
