Hi I am pretty new to CNC and have a 3040 machine that has really got me interested in the subject. I have got used to making a few things for the family and now at the point of getting more adventurous with my designs and bit I create. My machine uses Mach3 which is fine for the moment but I do intend to get a bigger machine and will be looking into different control software. I use Carbide create as my design software which is a good free package and lets me do all I need to do at the moment.
As I get more and more involved I may need a bit of advice and I am pleased to have found a good forum dedicated to my new found love.
