NVEM v2 and Index pulse

Hi guys.

Any one was lucky enough to get the Mach3 spindle index input to work with NVEM V2 to work?
I have PNP proximity sensor that work well as limit switch and any other input but not on index.

I'm not getting anything in the diagnostic page regardless if I connect index input to ground or 10v.

I know the optocoupler input works to the chip on the board .
