Based in Notts, looking to CNC ZoteFoam LD33 stuff

Hi there, I'm based near Nottingham, have no CNC experience, but have arrived here after doing some Google searching and hoping to ask Zeeflyboy and Tigger some questions about milling some ZoteFoam (LD33) or similar plasticfoam.

Suggest you just ask your questions because there will many others who have cut this foam, I haven't myself but I have built a machine for someone who does and I believe he uses burrs to cut and shape it.
I've also recently been looking into Tangental knives as we had a customer interested in a machine for cutting cardboard and foam, Oscillating Tangential knives are used for cutting this type of foam if you just want 2D shapes.?
This research also showed me they are very expensive for such a simple device so have started my own design, so you might see it in the not too distant future.
