New member scm Pratix 2012 router

Hello my name is Michael i am from the west of ireland. i have had my 2012 pratix router from scm the last 6 years.I make hdf kitchen doors. On thursday last i turned on my machine only to realize my hand controller was not connecting to cnc. This meaning i cannot do anything with the machine as all commands go through the hand controller. I took off the cover of the electrical cabinet to see what is an error code on the kvara PLC. This is in the machine itself. The error was flashing E100d. its a esa s500 cnc rack processor. Im new to these forums but any help as to what this error is would be fantastic. stressful when your router is parked up and you do not know the problem. Thanks
