:?: :?: colchester student 1800 squarehead lathe :!: :!:
Help Help Help
I have had the(luck) i am not so sure now, to aquire the above lathe for only £200.00.
Unfortunatly person or persons had robbed it for spares, somthing i did not know when i bought it :x ......albeit from a scrap dealer, still what is left is in dam fine nick, and well worth renovating.
one of the items taken are the change gears, now i am quite capable of cutting these gears if i knew what the original blank diameters were. is there any one out there who could either provide this information or could measure the root dimention of there change gears, so i can make a start at cutting gears :|
