Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, however, if it isn't please let me know and I will move it if I can
We have the following Denford CNC in our machine shop that has developed an issue, that we are clueless as how to resolve it. Denford and Fanuc are not keen to look at it due to its age. However, it would be good if we can get it up and running again
The issue we are facing is that it keeps losing the datum point for the Z axis, and when we reset it, after 2 cycles it is lost again! We have replaced the batttery on this axis, yet, the problem continues!
Has anyone seen this issue before, and might know a cure for it?
Would be willing to come and have a look at it? We are based just outside of Ely in Cambridgeshire
Or be able to offer any other kind of suitable advice?
Thanks,
Ian
