In that case, I personally wouldn't worry about the extra weight of cast iron. It won't make that much difference to a spindle in the grand scheme of things.

I was unsure about it stopping it quickly under an e-stop condition.
It's actually a J4 belt, was asking for J8 pulley in case I update the Spindle itself at later date.
112mm od gives me upto 5600rpm at the tool.
