Not exactly local to you, but you could try 'Spindle Services Ltd' in Coventry.

I had a 3MT female reground for a lathe tailstock there - not too expensive and very pleased with the result.

Interestingly enough, since I wasn't getting any replies (before yours) I started enquiries a bit further away from me and the only company who did Mt was Spindle Services Ltd. 😁
