	15-01-2023 #1Hi all,

As I'm busy with work and no longer have the time or space to run this machine, i'm looking to sell. Would alo consider selling parts seperate (control panel as a single unit), if there's more interest. Details as follows:

 General Info:
Hours of use: Few hundered hours of hobby use (many of which were idle)
Materials cut: Aluminium, brass, various woods, foams, plastics and more.
Cutting area: ~700 x 400mm with Z axis of around 90mm (from spoil board (18mm thick) to spindle). There is also a 100mm overhang for taller objects at the front, so total ~800mm X axis.

 Machine construction:
 Components:
 - HIWIN 20mm rails on all axis (1000, 600, 300mm)
 - 1610 dual ball screws on X axis (1050mm long), 1605 single ball screws on Y/Z (650, 250mm)
 - All ball screws are belt driven

 Materials:
 - 4mm thick steel box section for the frame/gantry
 - 10mm steel gantry side plates
 - CNC machined aluminium Z axis and motor mounts
 - West System epoxy levelled rail base on X axis.

 Electrics:
 - 2.2kW Water cooled spindle + Huanyang VFD
 - AM882 digital drives on all axis
 - CSMIO/IP-M motion controller
 - PSU for drives + axillary PSU for others
 - 8.7Nm NEMA 34 on X axis and 3.1Nm NEMA 23's on Y/Z (all CNC4YOU)
 - Shielded cables used throughout

 Additional:
 - Mach3 license and setup files to suit this machine (can consider selling laptop too)
 - Manual valve controlled air blast setup for metal machining
 - 25L coolant system setup for spindle
 - Proximity sensors on each end of all axis for homing and limits
 - Various E-stops on the machine/control box

 Can also sell
 - Various size aluminium plates
 - Various tools/collets for the machine
 - Workshop tools (Drill press, bench grinder/sander, compressor, vibratory tumbler, ultrasonic cleaner, etc)

	12-02-2023 #8This is still available.
Looking for around £3,500 for the CNC, collection only — open to offers and would consider selling parts seperatly too (full electrics, frame/gantry, etc).
