I finished my wiring diagram! It would be nice if someone could have a look at it and let me know what they think ? Any suggestions or wrong components choice?

3 x Servo amplifier MR-J4-70B
A Spindle motor 380V 3.7A 50Hz

Some questions that I have:

Is it necessary to add an EMI filter before the amplifier?

Should I use a delay between each amplifier when the circuit is switch on?
